It’s Aiki Week!! SAA provides 7 days of training for our Aikido community as well as Aiki-maniacs of all levels from neighboring dojos. It gives an aikido summer camp type training without having to travel to another city. We will have two different focus areas of training each day of the week and a potluck on Saturday.

Tuesday 16th 6:30-8:00pm Rolling / Tachi Dori
Wednesday 17th 6:30-8:00pm Kihon Waza – Munetsuki / Kumi Jo
Thursday 18th 6:30-8:00pm Ukemi / Kumi Tachi
Friday 19th 6:30-8:00pm Kihon Waza – Yokomenuchi / Tanto Dori
Saturday 20th 1:30-3:00pm Randori / Bokken vs Shotto
Saturday 20th 6:30-10:00pm Potluck Party
Sunday 21st 1:30-3:00pm Spirit of Aiki / Two Sword
